Each of the Avenue’s apartments has simple, chic décor with parquet floors and leather sofas. All apartments have a large kitchen with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Refundable damage deposit A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. The family room has two bedrooms. Master piece is a double bed, and the second one is small with two single beds. Family room is for 4 people.

In the Suites Avenue apartments for the superior apartment with one queen bed, can the sofa be use as a sofa bed? If so, would bed sheets be provided?

The Superior apartment can only accommodate 2 people in one queen bed and the sofa cannot be used as sofa bed. In this case, we recommend you the Deluxe or Family apartment.

Wonderful way to experience Barcelona
The location was fabulous-right on the high end shopping street across the street from Casa Milo. We could see the light show from the roof deck of the hotel. The staff was great. The third bed could be separated from the living room by a sliding door and had its own full bathroom so my son had complete privacy.
There was an issue with the washer in the unit, but the staff gave me access to a machine in an unoccupied unit to get the load done.
